Experienced engineer, published author, and entrepreneur with a demonstrated ability to identify and address operational challenges effectively. Started Light Tower to manage the Groups assets around the Austin area.

Since joining the multi-family industry in 2021 Chris Suarez has successfully performed maintenance projects that ultimately resulted in decreased expenses and increased value ad for owners.  He has successfully lead maintenance teams to ensure successful tasks performed and guaranteed the happiness of tenants.  He is our Lead Maintenance Technician and since joining our team he has reduced maintenance expenses by 5% over 454 units.

Mr. Suarez is motivated by a positive team environment.  His accomplishments are that he owns a general construction business part-time, owns a home in San Antonio, TX and is recently married.

Mr. Suarez is a veteran of the United States Military branch and a valued asset to our team.  His goals for his position are to better residents’ quality of living within all communities through his service.
